How adoption works

The school adoption process:

Our adoption process enables the Foundation and donors to work with schools effectively and sustainably, and we encourage the personal involvement of the staff with the schools.
As we are focused on long term sustainable change, we prefer to spend a minimum of five years in an adopted school. Over this period, the relationship between the School Management Team, learners, donors, and the Foundation becomes a catalyst for the positive impact all the stakeholders are investing in.
